Spring tablescape inspiration

Those long dreary Wintry months are fiiinally starting to give way to brighter days beckoning Spring-time. Outside, the crocuses have given way to hyacinths and daffodils and the Cherry blossoms are having their moment. We're craving that natural light and being in Nature.
At this time of year we too are starting to come out of hibernation and perhaps planning some family get-togethers, Easter lunches and catch ups with friends.
Taking our cues from Nature we can create a tablescape that embodies that feeling of Spring and make you feel like you're in the garden. Think greenery -potted plants, moss, Spring flowers and bulbs for that earthy feel and lots of bright uplifting colours for a playful feel.

Here we've used our handmade matte pink stoneware plates with our glazed pink salad plates for contrast finished off with crisp white rumpled linen napkins and botanical print glassware. Our recycled glass vases dotted down the centre of the table hold Spring blooms mixed in with potted baby plants and succulents.

A crisp white napkin tied with twine and placed on the plates creates a sense of occasion while still feeling relaxed, rustic and fresh.
