Easter place setting inspiration

I love to mix it up when it comes to place settings and love the informality of a less matchy-matchy look. Here's some Easter place setting ideas I've been playing around with - nothing complicated or over-styled just simple, pretty and elegant!

Create a napkin ring out of hyacinth petals by simply plucking off the hydrangea petals and piercing them with a piece of soft wire to form a little chain. Then simply twist the wire at the back to form a ring. Check out my how-to reel here!

A simply folded dusty blue linen napkin with a craft store nest and filled with quail eggs that I bought on Etsy years ago and have used countless times. I love the earthiness they add to the table!

I like to add little Easter-y touches but in a more subtle way like these cutesy bunny ears. Simply roll the napkin on a diagonal; fold in half to form the ears  and wrap around a decorative (or chocolate!) egg at the bottom and secure with a piece of twine or napkin ring.

Letting our blush cotton napkins with Italian lace ruffle napkins do all the talking we've just added a little craft store nest with mini chocolate eggs inside for this very simple place setting!

This would also make a beautiful Mother's Day lunch or girly lunch place setting (minus the decorative egg!)  The beautiful dusky pink ruffled cotton napkin is beautifully delicate and light. Here I've tied it with some lace ribbon I had here but you could use twine or any ribbon you have to hand or find some in a craft store or local haberdashery.
